This is Whirl, the youngest Amur Tiger at Brookfield Zoo in Illinois. You can see her father, Robeki (ROE-ki) here. Her mother's name is Tiara.
Due to an injury when she was a cub, she has a bobbed tail much like that of a Bobcat. You can actually see part of her small tail in this picture.
Robeki injured it when they were behind scenes in their enclosure because his cage was too close to hers. Sadly, her brother died from injuries he sustained.
